It is my understanding that suite contains not only AMD Chipset drivers but the AMD GPU drivers too and you won't find the 18.50.16.01 numbering scheme on AMD's site. God knows what else might be in that suite so I updated directly from AMD. I don't use Wattman or any other of the AMD utility nonsense. Keep it simple.
